    Had a 25 year old cedar fence replaced with white vinyl privacy fence 2 weeks ago. Shawn and Renny were in constant communication from project start to finish. The installation crew, Daniel and Dillon did a fantastic job working in brutal weather conditions, cleaned up the property and even washed all the mud off the fence when finished. Had a few concerns during the project which were addressed immediately and taken care of. It’s nice to see craftsmen take pride in their work. Quality product, quality service.

    New aluminum fenced installed 2 days ago,Sept.14th 2017, and I can't say enough good things about the whole process. From Matt the salesman, to Jered who managed the work, and to Daniel and Austin who installed my fence. Good to see workers that take pride in their work and aren't afraid of hard work. They were very courteous, competent and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Fence looks great, and been getting a lot of compliments from neighbors already.   • The whole project could not have gone better or faster for us!
    It started with the estimate. I had an estimate in my hand before he left. That was a defining difference from the start. When the project started, my deck and Fence were torn down and built new in 4 business days! That is record time as far as I have heard from anybody else. And the fence and deck were not cookie cutter designs either. Everyone I met was pleasant and intelligent too. We are very happy from start to finish! The whole project could not have gone better or faster for us!

    The people who work at STL Fenceworks are definitely there for the customer. They were at our home for the quote at the arranged time and in our yard working at the arranged time. These young men were dedicated to their work and are very proud to work for STL Fenceworks. Best of all the finished product was up in less than two days! They cleaned up so well we could hardly tell there had been any work done. What an amazing crew we had at our home! I have bragged so much about these guys!!!     I could not be happier with the service I received from STL Fenceworks. My husband and I have two large dogs and after my Siberian Husky exceeded 100lbs, the leashes weren’t going to cut it anymore. We knew we needed a fence, but were on a strict budget. Shawn came out to my house to measure everything and went over our options, and then came back out when down the road I changed my mind about placement. He was amazing to work with, Greg is so helpful and Nick could not have done a better job installing the fence of my dreams. Its ridiculous how happy we are about it, but the majority of that is from our experience with the company we chose. I work in an industry where we use contractors regularly, for 50 or more subdivisions in St. Louis and St. Charles County; we use STL Fenceworks for all of our fencing at our properties and wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

  • A Pleasure to Do Business With - From Start to Finish
    St. Louis Fenceworks was a pleasure to do business with from the first moment when we met Shawn to the very end when their guys cleaned up and drove off after they completed installing our new fence. Shawn came to bid the fence and he was very professional and informative. He talked to us like our opinions mattered and listened to what we wanted which is not what we got from other companies. We had a new house built and had a number of obstacles that they had to work around. First, the timing of our sprinkler system and sod installation put their schedule back at the last minute at least twice and they never swayed from being polite and accommodating. I am one to ask a lot of questions and Greg, the gentleman in the office, answered my emails and questions immediately. He was always polite and very helpful. Once the work started, they worked steady and quickly. They asked for our feedback before they hardened the concrete on the posts and made sure we were happy with the job they were doing. I am quite the perfectionist and they never got aggravated that I looked at their work so closely and asked them if they'd try adjusting a post here or there to make me happy. It was one of the most pleasant experiences we had during the entire time we built this house. We are get compliments on it every time we talk to one of our neighbors. I recommend them highly.

  • Nicest, Most Polite, & Professional Crew I've Ever Dealt With
    They were the nicest, most polite, and professional crew I have ever dealt with in any trade. Once they arrived, they wasted no time whatsoever and got the truck/trailer unloaded and started prepping the yard. They kept me informed of their plans and worked well with my ‘demands’ of how I wanted the fence placed in the yard and the look I wanted to attain. They constantly changed the line of the fence to get it to where I felt comfortable with it. The crew constantly reassured me that it was no problem and they know I have to live with it and want me to be satisfied. They kept the yard in great shape and cleaned up everything to where you wouldn't of noticed they were there. I am very impressed with your business and the workers you employ. The fence is great and exactly what I imagined/wanted. We look forward to getting our custom gate to finish it off. They are priced very competitive with the other big name companies, yet they are able to get you in the schedule much faster.

  • Since They Repaired Our Fence We Haven't Had a Single Issue!
    StL Fenceworks did a fence repair job for us. Our fence was installed by a company who is now out of business. In talking to Shawn we learned that the previous company only put the fence posts about a foot into the ground. That explains why so many of our posts were leaning and the fence was so crooked. STL Fenceworks guys used tarps to put the dirt they took out of the ground on so it wouldn't be in my grass when they were done. They neatly disassembled the 3 sections of fencing needing repairs, and replaced the posts I had with new posts that now go into the ground about 3 feet. I was worried that the posts wouldn't line up right but Shawn assured me they would. And sure enough, they're just fine. Since they made the repairs our fence hasn't had a single issue! We're going to have them come back this fall and fix the rest of our fence. There are a couple more leaners and a couple that are too low so our fence isn't level. I'm confident the work they'll do will be great just like the last time since everything Shawn described, how the previous contractor didn't put the posts in far enough, and how his guys would do the work, was done. I believe Shawn's an honest guy and I'm happy to do business with his company. So much so, that when a hail storm damaged our siding, we had another of his companies, Long Siding and Window do that work too. Again, first rate quality work.
